Dopo la consueta parte ritmica del mattino, abbiamo proseguito il lavoro nei gruppi e completato il disegno artistico iniziato il giorno precedente. Dopo pranzo abbiamo preso un pullman e siamo andati a visitare l'azienda biodinamica di Solmarka, la più grande della Svezia, che dista circa 30 km dalla scuola. Dopo una presentazione dell'azienda siamo andati nel campo a raccoglie carote, patate, cipolle e cavoli per preparare una buona e sana zuppa per la cena! I ragazzi hanno tagliato le verdure e poi abbiamo mangiato tutti insieme attorno al fuoco nel giardino della casa di Alma, un'alunna della scuola. In seguito, una delle responsabili dell'azienda, ci ha mostrato l'invenzione svedese dell'acqua solare, una tanica nera che permette di depurare e rendere potabile l'acqua nei paesi del terzo mondo usando semplicmente l'energia del sole. È stato bello vivere a contatto con la natura e conoscere persone che, con coraggio, stanno lavorando per rendere questo mondo un luogo più bello e più sano! Anche questa sera il cielo ci ha donato un tramonto fiammeggiante!
After the morning rhythmic part, we went on working in groups and finished the drawing started the day before. In the afternoon we took a bus and went to Solmarka biodynamic farm which is approximately 30 km far from the school and is the biggest biodynamic farm in Sweden. After a brief introduction about the farm, we went to the fields and picked up carrots, potatoes, onions and cabbages in order to cook a healthy and tasty soup for the dinner. The kids ate all together sitting around a campfire in the garden of Alma, who is a Kalmar Waldorf school student. Then, one of the people in charge of the farm showed us a solar water heater invented in Sweden; it consists of a black barrel which depurates and makes water potable in the Third World countries by simply using solar energy. Living in close contact with nature and meeting brave people who are helping the world become a nicer and healthier place have been beautiful. Even this evening the sky has given us an amazing red sunset!
Efter morgonens rytmiska del avslutade vi teckningarna som vi hade påbörjat dagen innan. På eftermiddagen tog vi en buss till Solmarka biodynamisk gård som ligger ca 30 km från skolan och är den största biodynamiska gården i Sverige . Efter en kort presentation om gården, gick vi till fälten och plockade morötter, potatis, lök och kål för att laga en hälsosam och god soppa till middag. Barnen åt tillsammans runt en lägereld i trädgården hos Alma, elev i klass åtta. Sedan visade en av de ansvariga på gården en solfångare som är en svensk uppfinning; Den består av en svart pipa som renar och gör vattnet drickbart i tredje världen, bara genom att använda solenergi. Att leva i nära kontakt med naturen och träffa modiga människor som hjälper världen att bli en trevligare och hälsosammare plats har varit vackert. Även denna kväll har himlen gett oss en fantastisk röd solnedgång!
